UK Shared Prosperity Fund 2025/2026 Westmorland and Furness
The UKSPF Program is now complete.
As part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) programme in Westmorland & Furness, Cumbria Social Enterprise Partnership (CSEP) delivered fully-funded wraparound business support for social purpose organisations based in the former districts of Barrow, South Lakeland, and Eden.
This programme is now complete.
The programme worked alongside organisations to:
- Assess their current business strengths and areas for development
- Identify investable opportunities that could lead to growth and increased income
- Develop tailored, fundable investment proposals
- Support applications to the most appropriate source of finance — including potential access to capital grants of up to £5,000
All business support and grant activity was completed and evidenced by mid-December 2025.
This opportunity was open to social enterprises, charities, community businesses, CICs, and other purpose-led organisations ready to explore strategic growth and investment.
